CBQA Global Indonesia is looking for a detail-oriented professional to manage finance, accounting reporting, and tax compliance. This role is essential in ensuring accurate financial transactions, budget control, and risk assessment.

Prepare and input daily transactions into Jurnal.ld and ensure transactions are recorded accurately and correctly (transaction relate with expenses and account payable)

Organize and monitor department budgets to ensure funds are used effectively and efficiently for company operations

Monitor, control, and reporting operational expenditure costs against Budget

Coordinate with all departments

Prepare and control all payment to vendors/suppliers

Validate payment requests for vendors/suppliers according to the payment schedule

Update data on events that have potential risks to the company and report to Management

Calculate, Reconcile and report taxes monthly and yearly

Check and Ensure Accuracy of Accounts After Posting in GL

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management, or a related field

Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting roles, particularly in accounting, tax

Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP) and tax regulations

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Jurnalid) and Microsoft Excel for data analysis

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

High attention to detail for reconciliation, verification, and reporting
