Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

CA certification preferred/required.

Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably in fintech, financial services, or a regulated industry.

Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK/SAK), taxation, and OJK regulations
.

Strong experience in full-set accounting, financial reporting, reconciliation, and month-end/year-end closing.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems
; SAP experience is a plus.

Strong understanding of internal controls, audit processes, and financial risk management.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.

Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily finance and accounting operations
, ensuring accurate and timely recording of all transactions.

Review journals, supporting documents, reconciliations, and accounting entries to ensure accuracy and proper COA classification.

Manage and review monthly and annual closing
, including General Ledger, Balance Sheet, P&L, accruals, and reconciliations.

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and provide relevant analysis.

Monitor reconciliation of bank accounts, payment channels, and transaction-related accounts
, including investigation and resolution of discrepancies.

Support tax, OJK, and other regulatory reporting by ensuring accurate and complete financial data.

Maintain effective internal controls and ensure compliance with finance policies, SOPs, and applicable regulations.

Coordinate with internal/external auditors, banks, consultants, and cross-functional teams on finance and accounting matters.

Support the Manager in developing and improving Finance & Accounting SOPs, systems, and processes
.

Provide day-to-day guidance to Finance & Accounting team members and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
