Finance & Accounting Manager; F&B

This role involves managing operational payment transactions, cash flow, budgets, and financial reporting to support business operations across outlet locations.

Key responsibilities

Review and ensure that all operational payment transactions are processed accurately and efficiently

Monitor the company's cash flow and ensure sufficient funds are available for outlet operational needs

Prepare monthly budgets and company financial forecasts

Manage payment schedules for vendors, suppliers, and both routine and non-routine operational expenses

Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports

Oversee cash reports, Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), cash advance settlements, and outlet petty cash

Analyze operational costs and identify opportunities to improve spending efficiency

Coordinate with outlet operations teams regarding financial requirements and budget control

Ensure proper financial controls and timely reporting to support business operations and management decision-making

About you

Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field

Minimum 5–10 years of experience in Finance or Accounting, preferably at Manager or Supervisor level

Experience in the F&B, hospitality, or retail industry is highly preferred

Familiar with ESB software and its application in operational and financial processes

Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management

Good understanding of Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), petty cash, cash advance settlement, and financial reporting processes

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel

Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills

Detail-oriented, disciplined, highly accountable, and possesses strong integrity

Able to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
