Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities
- Assist in daily accounting activities such as data entry and transaction recording
- Prepare and organize financial documents (invoices, receipts, payment vouchers)
- Support accounts payable and receivable processes
- Help reconcile bank statements and financial records
- Maintain proper filing and documentation (physical and digital)
- Assist in preparing simple financial reports
- Support audit preparation by providing required documents
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding financial documentation
- Perform general administrative tasks related to finance operations
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work accurately
- Able to work independently and in a team
