PT. Cosmax Indonesia urgently needs a Treasury Staffto join the F&A team and be located in Cibis 9, South Jakarta. Please read detail the qualifications below.

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Accounting or Finance, preferably in a similar role.
• Good understanding of basic accounting principles and financial statements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Able to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Monitor daily cash positions and perform daily bank reconciliations.
• Manage store petty cash and prepare related journal entries.
• Ensure all financial transactions comply with company policies and authorization procedures.
• Process and create payment transactions accurately and on time.
• Maintain accurate and well-organized payment documentation and records.
• Support the monthly closing process and ensure all required financial records are properly prepared.
