- Lead and manage the overall accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Oversee closing process and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards (PSAK/IFRS).
- Manage tax reporting and ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.
- Develop and improve internal controls, accounting policies, and financial procedures.
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting activities.
- Review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports prepared by the team.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team to ensure high performance and accuracy.
- Support management with financial analysis and strategic decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards (PSAK/IFRS) and financial reporting.
- Solid understanding of taxation and regulatory compliance.
- Experience handling audits (internal and external).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Experience using accounting software or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Accurate, or similar).
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- High integrity and ability to handle confidential financial information.
