2. Technical Competencies
A. Accounting & Financial Management
Job Requirements1. General & Educational QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, Law, or a related business field.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience handling full-cycle Accounting and Taxation (exposure to basic corporate legal/compliance administration is a strong plus).
Certifications: Brevet A & B Certification is highly desirable.
Key Traits: Meticulous attention to detail, high ethical standards, strong analytical skills, and ability to meet strict tax filing deadlines.
Financial Reporting: Proven ability to prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual Financial Statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement).
Cash & Bank Management: Hands-on experience in managing bank mutations, daily cash book records, petty cash handling, and performing monthly bank reconciliations.
Transaction Recording: Proficiency in preparing and recording sales/purchase transactions accurately into the accounting system.
Document Control: Capability to receive, verify, and store all financial and transaction-related documents systematic for audit readiness.
B. Taxation (Coretax & Indonesian Tax Compliance)
Coretax Application Proficiency:
Hands-on experience and proficiency in operating the Coretax Administration System (CTAS) /
Coretax DJP Online Portal for all integrated tax administration tasks.In-depth understanding of Coretax workflows, including electronic tax invoices (e-Faktur Coretax), electronic withholding certificates (e-Bupot Coretax), tax payments, and integrated tax filings.
VAT / PPN Management:
Proficiency in matching, verifying, and reconciling Input Tax (Pajak Masukan) and Output Tax (Pajak Keluaran) within the Coretax system to ensure 100% data accuracy.
Ability to prepare, issue, process, and file periodical VAT returns (SPT Masa PPN) directly through the Coretax portal.
Income Tax / PPh & Withholding Tax:
Expertise in calculating, withholding, and issuing tax withholding certificates (Bukti Potong PPh) via Coretax for Income Tax Articles 21, 23, 25, and Final Income Tax.
Capability to perform calculations for prepayment of Income Tax Article 23.
Experience in collecting and validating Tax Withholding Slips (Bukti Potong) from vendors, suppliers, and clients through the centralized system.
Tax Settlement & Filings:
Capability to generate Tax Payment Slips / Billing Codes (Surat Setoran Elektronik / SSE / Billing ) and execute payments within Coretax.
Proven track record in preparing and submitting monthly tax reports (SPT Masa) and Annual Corporate Tax Returns (SPT Tahunan PPh Badan) seamlessly using Coretax.
C. Corporate Legal, Legal Drafting & External Representation
Legal Drafting & Letter Preparation: Draft, review, and finalize all necessary legal letters and formal corporate documentation, including:
Power of Attorney (Surat Kuasa Khusus / Umum)
Commercial Agreements & Contracts: Service Level Agreements (SLA), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA), Partnership Agreements (Perjanjian Kerja Sama / SPK), Vendor/Supplier Contracts, and Lease Agreements.
Labor & HR Legal Letters: Employment Contracts (PKWT/PKWTT), Warning Letters (Surat Peringatan / SP), Mutual Termination Agreements (PB / Perjanjian Bersama), and Termination Letters (Surat Pemutusan Hubungan Kerja).
Industrial Relations Correspondence: Formal Responses to Bipartite Meetings, Disnaker Summons Responses, Rejection/Acceptance Letters for Mediator Recommendations (Surat Tanggapan Anjuran Mediator).
Corporate & Administrative Letters: Formal Statements (Surat Pernyataan), Cover/Transmittal Letters (Surat Pengantar), Formal Clarification Letters (Surat Sanggahan/Keberatan), and Corporate Authorization Letters.
Corporate Licensing & Compliance: Manage, renew, and update all corporate licenses, legal deeds, and filings (e.g., NIB via OSS-RBA, AHU approvals, Company Regulations / Peraturan Perusahaan, BPJS registration).
External Legal Representation: Act as the official company representative in negotiations/meetings with the Ministry of Manpower (Disnaker), Tax Office, and other governmental bodies.
Industrial Relations Litigation: Represent the company in Industrial Relations Court (Pengadilan Hubungan Industrial / PHI) and manage bipartite and tripartite dispute resolution processes.
