About the Role
We are seeking a talented Invoicing Officer to join our team i Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE) in West Jakarta, Jakarta. As an Invoicing Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's invoicing processes, ensuring accurate and timely billing to our valued customers. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to contribute to the financial success of our organisation.
WhatYou'll Be Doing
- Prepare and issue accurate invoices to customers in a timely manner
- Reconcile invoices and payments, and follow up on any outstanding balances
- Maintain detailed records of all invoicing and payment transactions
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure invoicing procedures are in compliance with company policies and regulations
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any invoicing-related issues
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analyses as required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an invoicing or accounts receivable role, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
- Proficient in using accounting and invoicing software, such as Quick Books or SAP
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
