Accounting Finance Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Finance Supervisor to join PT Trimega Bangun Prima in a full-time capacity. Based in Cengkareng Jakarta, this role offers a strategic opportunity to oversee and manage financial accounting and reporting operations within our growing organisation. As Accounting Finance Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial records, supervising the accounting team, and maintaining compliance with established accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

This position is crucial to the integrity of our financial reporting and plays a vital role in supporting the overall financial health and strategic objectives of the company.

• Supervise and manage the daily finance operations of the finance department, ensuring efficiency and accuracy
• Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements, balance sheets, income statements and general ledger accounts collaborate with other division especially Accounting division.
• Lead and mentor junior staff, providing training, guidance and performance feedback and collaborate with other division.
• Ensure compliance with financial accounting standards, tax regulations and internal control policies
• Review and validate journal entries, reconciliations and supporting documentation
• Prepare cashflow, budgeting and forecast
• Maintain accurate records , bank reconciliation, internet banking activities, vendor payment and internal payment.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities as required
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance accounting efficiency and reduce errors

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or a related field (Accounting major from a reputable University)
• 3-4 years of experience in finance/accounting
• Preferred has 1-2 years working experience as an Auditor or in Accounting Service from a Public Accountant
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in the use of accounting software (Zahir, Accurate, SAP, etc.) and Microsoft office (Excel and Word)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills are mandatory
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines; work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lead a team is a must.
• Jakarta Barat residence preferred
