About the Role:
The Supervisor Consultant role at PT Tilyanpristka' is a full-time position based in Cilandak, Jakarta Raya. In this strategic role, you will provide high-quality accounting and financial consulting services to small businesses, ensuring their financial records are accurate and compliant.
- Manage and supervise the team’s daily accounting workflow, priorities, schedules, and deadlines.
- Assign tasks to Associate/Senior staff and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
- Make technical decisions and provide guidance on accounting-related matters.
- Review and approve financial reports before submission to clients.
- Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and support staff competency development.
- Ensure the accuracy and quality of deliverables while minimizing errors and client revisions.
- Maintain strong client relationships and respond to client feedback to ensure service quality.
- Identify and implement improvements to work procedures, timelines, and operational processes.
- Provide input in the recruitment and selection of new accounting team members.
- A bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
- Consulting firm experience is highly preferred, with a non-audit background
- At least 10-12 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a small accounting practice or consultancy
- Excellent knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting requirements
- Proven ability to mentor and develop junior & senior accounting professionals
- Strong communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in simple terms
- Proficient in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications
