We are currently looking for an experienced and analytical Head Cost Control For F&B to lead and strengthen our cost control function across our growing F&B operations
.
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or related fields
.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Cost Control
, preferably with supervisory/managerial experience in the F&B, restaurant, hospitality, or hotel industry
.
Strong knowledge of COGS, food & beverage cost, inventory control, stock opname, recipe costing, yield, and variance analysis
.
Experienced in managing cost control across multiple outlets or business units is highly preferred.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
.
Able to analyze large amounts of operational and financial data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
Good understanding of purchasing, receiving, inventory, kitchen, and restaurant operational flow
.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good communication and cross-department coordination skills.
High integrity and able to maintain accuracy and confidentiality of company data.
