Location: Jakarta Barat
Tarumanagara University (UNTAR) is looking for a detail-oriented and highly motivated professional to join our team as a Finance Staff
.

Key Responsibilities- Handle daily financial and accounting administrative processes
- Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and supporting documents accurately
- Support budgeting, financial reconciliation, and reporting activities
- Assist in taxation administration and ensure compliance with applicable regulations
- Perform accounting processes related to the full accounting cycle
- Input and manage financial data using accounting software and internal systems
- Coordinate with related units to ensure smooth financial operations and documentation
- Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness in all financial processes
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting with a minimum GPA of 3.50
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Finance professional
- Understanding of taxation, budgeting, and the full accounting cycle
- Experienced in using accounting software
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Honest, detail-oriented, meticulous, organized, and efficient in handling work
- Possess strong work ethics and responsibility
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Able to work under pressure and manage deadlines effectively
