Manage and record all company financial transactions accurately
Perform operational cost control, including marketing and promotional expenses
Analyze and monitor advertising costs on delivery platforms such as Gojek and Grab
Prepare financial reports (daily, weekly, and monthly)
Evaluate advertising cost efficiency and provide cost-saving recommendations
Coordinate with operations and marketing teams regarding advertising budget usage
Ensure all expenses are aligned with the approved budget
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an Accountant (preferably in the F&B industry)
Strong understanding of cost control and budgeting
Experience or knowledge in managing advertising costs on platforms such as Gojek & Grab is a strong advantage
Proficient in data analysis and reporting
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Able to work independently as well as in a team
Familiar with XERO is a must
Able to speak English (spoken or written)
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience managing promotional dashboards on delivery platforms
Strong understanding of ROI (Return on Investment) for advertising campaigns
Cost-efficiency mindset with a strong focus on profitability
