- Support the calculation of sales amounts and preparation of sales invoices based on sales contracts, pricing terms, quality/assay results, bonuses, and penalties.
- Input and maintain Sales and Accounts Receivable records, including product quality data, adjustments, bonuses, and penalties.
- Support ESDM/Mineral & Coal system reporting and mineral resource tax administration, including coordination of the payment process.
- Coordinate with the Operations team to monitor customer payments and outstanding receivables.
- Assist in reviewing sales-related expenses such as demurrage, ocean freight, and shortage/loss charges.
- Support accounts receivable reconciliation, data analysis, and reporting.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply! Candidates with up to 1–2 years of relevant experience in Accounting, Accounts Receivable, or Finance are also encouraged to apply.
- Fluent in Mandarin and comfortable communicating in Mandarin for daily work.
- Good numerical and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word, or WPS. Knowledge of Pivot Tables, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS, and basic data analysis is a plus.
- Experience in mining, nickel, commodities, or related industries is an advantage, but not mandatory.
- Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced, multicultural business environment.
