Freelance Payroll Officer project

• Run payroll for employees, tutors, freelancers, and interns
• Keep payroll data consistent with contracts, project fees, and Finance records
• Update active and inactive data, and track joiners, resignations, and status changes
• Collect project fees from team leaders and divisions
• Match payroll data with ERP records such as employee , status, dates, salary, bank account, and job title

• Experience handling payroll end to end
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Human Resource Management, Management, or a related field
• Comfortable working independently and meeting payroll deadlines
• Detail-oriented and confident with numbers
• Familiar with ERP or payroll systems (is a plus)
• Able to manage and maintain large volumes of data
• Proficient in Google Workspace and digital administrative systems
• Good communication skills, adaptive, and proactive
• Able to commit for the full 2-months project period
