Tax Officer

This role involves preparing and filing monthly and annual tax returns accurately and on time, maintaining tax records, and managing tax compliance activities within a corporate environment.

Prepare and file monthly and annual tax returns accurately and on time, including PPh Pasal 21 (employee income tax), PPh Pasal 23/26 (withholding tax on services and royalties), PPh Pasal 4 Ayat 2 (final income tax), PPh Badan (corporate income tax), and PPN (VAT) — including input and output tax reconciliation

Prepare monthly tax payment (SSP/MPN) and ensure timely submission via e-Filing (DJP Online)

Maintain and reconcile tax records with financial statements on a monthly basis

Prepare and submit e-Faktur (electronic tax invoice) for all taxable services rendered

Coordinate and manage responses to tax audits, inquiries, and assessments from the Direktorat Jenderal Pajak (DJP)

Prepare documentation and supporting schedules required during tax audits

Assist in filing objections and appeals if necessary

Liaise with external tax consultants when required

Coordinate with Finance, Accounting, and Operations teams to ensure accurate data for tax purposes

Reconcile tax accounts in the general ledger on a monthly basis

Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting, Fiscal Administration, or related field

Brevet A & B Tax Certification is required

Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Tax Officer/Staff in a corporate environment

Experience handling tax audits and DJP correspondence is an advantage
