This senior position will be instrumental in managing all accounting functions, including financial reporting, internal controls, budgeting, and cost accounting. • Oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
• Develop and implement robust internal control systems to ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial information.
• Manage the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with PSAK.
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, working closely with department heads to set financial targets.
• Implement and refine cost accounting methodologies to accurately track product costs and profitability.
• Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and banking partners.
• Ensure compliance with all local tax regulations and statutory requirements.
• Drive process improvements and implement new accounting technologies to enhance efficiency.
• Supervise and mentor a team of accounting professionals.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification is mandatory.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a controller or similar senior accounting role.
• Strong expertise in cost accounting principles and practices, particularly within a manufacturing or e-commerce context.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Net Suite, SAP) and advanced Excel skills.
• In-depth knowledge of PSAK and Indonesian tax laws.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing internal controls.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote or hybrid work environment.
• Experience in the e-commerce or technology sector is highly desirable.
