Senior Tax Executive

We are looking for an experienced Senior Tax Executive to manage tax compliance and advisory assignments for multiple clients. The successful candidate will oversee complex tax matters, provide practical tax solutions, and mentor junior team members.

• Manage monthly and annual tax compliance for multiple clients.
• Prepare and review Corporate Income Tax, VAT, Withholding Tax, and annual tax returns, including fiscal adjustments.
• Review payroll tax (PPh 21) computations and other withholding tax obligations.
• Prepare and review tax reconciliations, calculations, and supporting schedules.
• Provide tax advisory services and practical solutions to clients.
• Handle tax audits, objections, appeals, and correspondence with tax authorities.
• Monitor changes in Indonesian tax regulations and advise clients accordingly.
• Supervise, coach, and review the work of junior tax professionals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while managing multiple engagements.
• Ensure assignments are completed accurately and within deadlines.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4–6 years of taxation experience, preferably within a tax consulting or professional services firm.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proven experience handling tax audits and advisory engagements.
• Proficient in Coretax, DJP Online, Microsoft Excel, and accounting software.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent analytical, communication, client management, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
