Manage daily financial transactions, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) accurately and timely.
Prepare monthly and annual financial statements.
Monitor and control cash flow, petty cash, and perform bank reconciliations.
Handle company taxation matters (PPh 21, PPh 23, VAT/PPN), including calculation, payment, and reporting in compliance with regulations.
Manage billing processes, invoicing, and payments to vendors and collections from customers.
Analyze and monitor operational costs.
Prepare financial data and supporting documents for internal and external audits.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Finance & Accounting (experience in the beauty, healthcare, or FMCG industry is a plus).
Strong understanding of Indonesian taxation (PPh & VAT/PPN).
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
High attention to detail, well-organized, and accurate.
Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
