Finance Mandarin

Handle accounting tasks including financial reporting, and reconciliation

Receive, verify, and conduct preliminary review of vendor invoices to ensure completeness and accuracy of invoice information.

Tax management including tax-related work (daily tax reporting, annual tax reporting, and providing tax consulting related to contract signing for business departments)

Develop reasonable payment plans based on invoice due dates and company status

Communicate and coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth payment processing

Record petty cash and sundry expenses timely and accurately, ensuring every expenditure has complete, valid vouchers compliant with financial requirements

Input and execute operations on the internet banking payment system following internal controls and approval requirements

Handling other additional Financial Management Matters

Communicate and coordinate with internal teams and external parties as needed

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred

Have minimum two-year experience in Finance Accounting / Tax Staff,fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Strong proficiency in Mandarin or English, both written and verbal

Attention to detail, responsible, and able to collaborate in a team
