Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

2–3 years of experience in Account Payable, Finance, or Accounting.
Hands-on experience with SAP Business One (SAP B1) is required
, particularly A/P Invoice and Payment Wizard.
Experience handling vendor invoices, tukar faktur, and payment processing
.
Experience with
multi-currency transactions is preferred.
Basic knowledge of Indonesian taxation
, especially PPh 23 and PPN
, is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work accurately under deadlines.
Good communication and coordination skills.
II. ResponsibilitiesHandle tukar faktur, invoice verification, and payment processing
.
Verify invoice completeness, accuracy, tax, and supporting documents.
Generate A/P Invoice in SAP Business One
.
Prepare and submit Payment Wizard in SAP Business One
.
Process multi-currency transactions and ensure accurate recording in SAP B1.
Coordinate with vendors and internal departments regarding invoice discrepancies and payment status
.
Maintain AP records and prepare AP-related reports
.
