Cash Management Associate

Manage daily cash management activities, including bank transactions, petty cash, vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and cash advances.

Monitor daily bank balances and record transactions accurately in SAP.

Process vendor payments and ensure timely payment execution.

Review and process employee reimbursement claims and advance settlements.

Maintain petty cash records and ensure accurate reconciliation.

Perform bank reconciliation and clear Bank G/L transactions in SAP.

Prepare monthly cash flow reports and support accounting with bank balance reporting.

Ensure all finance documents are properly recorded and archived.

Maintain accuracy and compliance with company financial policies and procedures.

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or related field.

Has 1–2 years of experience in Cash Management, Treasury, Finance Operations, or a related role. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are also welcome to apply.

Strong understanding of payment processing, bank reconciliation, and cash flow management.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, Lookup Functions, etc.).

Hands-on experience using SAP is mandatory
