Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Financial Management, Auditing, Finance
, or related fields. - 2026 fresh graduates are welcome
; candidates available to join immediately are preferred. - Proficient in Microsoft Excel
; ERP/SAP experience is a plus. - Willing to rotate across different Finance & Accounting functions based on business needs.
- Meticulous, detail-oriented, and sensitive to financial data.
- Fluent in Chinese and English for professional business communication.
- Proactive, self-motivated, fast learner, and results-oriented.
- Strong communication skills and able to work under pressure.
- Willing to work onsite (
WFO
) in Sunter, North Jakarta.
- Support daily finance and accounting operations.
- Prepare and maintain financial data, documents, and reports.
- Assist with financial reconciliation and data checking.
- Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other finance processes as assigned.
- Input and maintain financial data accurately in ERP/SAP systems.
- Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting.
- Support finance-related projects and process improvements.
- Perform other finance and accounting tasks as assigned.
