Record and maintain daily accounting and financial transactions accurately and on time.
Monitor and verify daily bank transactions, including incoming and outgoing payments.
Perform bank reconciliation and investigate any unidentified or unmatched transactions.
Monitor Account Receivable (AR) and Account Payable (AP).
Assist with customer collection and vendor payment processes.
Check supporting documents before processing payments, reimbursements, and other financial transactions.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly accounting and finance reports.
Assist with tax-related documentation and ensure transactions are properly recorded according to applicable requirements.
Follow up on outstanding items, discrepancies, or transactions that do not have adequate supporting documents.
Perform other accounting and finance duties as assigned by the superior.
Requirements- Minimum D3/S1 in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Accounting/Finance. Fresh graduates with strong accounting knowledge may also be considered.
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Familiar with AR, AP, bank reconciliation, cash flow, collection, payment, reimbursement, and petty cash.
- Good understanding of financial transaction documentation and internal controls.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas such as SUMIF/SUMIFS, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and Pivot Table.
- Knowledge of Indonesian tax matters, particularly PPh and PPN, is an advantage.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Able to work independently as well as as part of a team.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
