Finance & Accounting Specialist

Handle daily accounting and financial transactions, including cash, bank, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and petty cash.

Record and verify financial transactions accurately and ensure proper supporting documentation.

Prepare invoices, billing documents, payment requests, receipts, and other financial documents.

Perform bank and cash reconciliations and follow up on outstanding transactions.

Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure timely monthly closing.

Prepare routine financial reports and assist in financial analysis as required.

Support tax administration, including preparation and documentation of tax-related transactions.

Maintain proper filing and documentation for accounting and tax purposes.

Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and other parties regarding financial and accounting matters.

Assist with budgeting, audit, and other Finance & Accounting activities.

Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and applicable tax regulations.

• Minimum S1 in Accounting.
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Finance & Accounting.
• Good understanding of accounting principles, AP/AR, cash and bank reconciliation, and financial reporting.
• Proficient in accounting/ERP software such as Accurate, SAP, Oracle, Jurnal, or similar accounting systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, including the ability to work with formulas and financial data.
• Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations is required.
• Brevet A & B certification is preferred.
• Experience in education, hospitality, sports & recreation, retail, or other service-based industries is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, numerical ability, and analytical skills.
• Organized, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• High integrity and confidentiality in handling financial information.
