Who is the Koltiva Senior Accounting OfficerSenior Accounting Officer is responsible to oversee the accounting and finance processes in our subsidiaries.
What are the key responsibilities of the Senior Accounting Officer- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for subsidiaries.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and relevant regulations.
- Oversee the reconciliation of bank statements and other financial transactions.
- Reconcile, maintain and properly recorded intercompany transactions, to ensure accuracy and completeness of transactions.
- Identify transactions and unusual balance to related regionalconsultant in order to ensure transactions are properlyrecognized and measured based on actual supporting documents
- Prepare BS Recon and analysis of accounts fluctuations fromMTM, and or YoY according to actual transaction recorded
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
- Minimum 3-4 years working experience in related field.
- Knowledgeable with PSAK. Experience in PSAK 71,72, 73 and Standard Cost is a plus.
- Advanced skills in Excel
- Possess Brevet A and B certification
- Proficiency in accounting software / ERPsystems used for AR and AP management, suchas SAP, Oracle, or other similar platforms
- Good command in English
