- Prepare and maintain monthly inventory adjustment reports, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare and review warehouse inventory reports and reconcile inventory-related data.
- Monitor Transfer Out transactions and follow up on discrepancies or outstanding movements.
- Review and process inventory adjustments from the Logistics team, ensuring proper documentation and recording.
- Support and coordinate stock opname and inventory verification at warehouses and boutiques, including serving as a witness for external audits, internal audits, and destruction activities when required.
- Support the local destruction process and coordinate with external auditors when needed.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies by analyzing transaction data, system records, and supporting documents.
- Work closely with Accounting, Logistics, Warehouse, Boutique, and other relevant teams to resolve inventory-related issues.
- Handle various ad hoc inventory projects and analysis based on management needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in Accounting, Inventory, Inventory Control, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of inventory transactions, reconciliation, and inventory-related accounting processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for data accuracy and details.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, particularly formulas and data analysis.
- Comfortable working with ERP/accounting systems and able to investigate and understand system-generated data.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Willing to conduct stock opname and inventory verification at warehouses and boutiques when required.
- Able to handle multiple priorities and ad hoc projects in a fast-paced environment
