Accounting, Tax & Finance Staff position tari Wijaya Abadi responsible for managing financial transactions, accounting records, accounts receivable and payable, cash and bank management, tax compliance, and financial reporting for the company.

Key responsibilities

Record all company financial transactions accurately and timely, prepare journals, general ledgers, trial balances, and periodic financial reports

Reconcile accounts and ensure consistency between records and supporting documents

Prepare income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and other financial reports for management

Record and monitor customer receivables, ensure invoice issuance and billing document completeness, monitor receivable aging and payment status

Prepare AR Aging reports and receivables reports periodically

Record and verify supplier or vendor payables, ensure invoice, purchase order, goods/services receipt, and supporting document consistency

Monitor payable due dates, prepare payment lists according to company approval procedures, reconcile payable balances

Prepare AP Aging reports and payment obligation reports

Record and verify cash transactions, reconcile bank accounts with company books, monitor cash and bank balances

Calculate and prepare company tax obligations according to applicable regulations, manage PPN and PPh administration, handle e-Faktur, e-Bupot, and Coretax DJP documentation, reconcile tax data with accounting records, prepare supporting documents for tax reporting and fiscal reconciliation

About you

Minimum D3 education in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or related field

Required experience in accounting, taxation, and company financial administration

Comprehensive understanding of accounting cycle from transaction recording through financial statement preparation

Understanding of Account Receivable (AR) and Account Payable (AP) management including recording, balance monitoring, reconciliation, and due date control

Understanding of billing, invoicing, customer collection, supplier invoice verification, and transaction document matching processes

Ability to create and analyze AR Aging Report and AP Aging Report and monitor uncollected receivables and upcoming payables

Understanding of cash and bank management, recording receipts and disbursements, bank reconciliation, and balance monitoring

Understanding of operational expense management, transaction evidence verification, petty cash, and company expense accountability

Understanding of income statement, balance sheet, cash flow preparation, and financial and supporting reports for management
