Finance Accounting & Tax Staff

Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, and taxation, preferably in the freight forwarding or logistics industry.

Familiar with accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), bank reconciliation, payment processing, and cash flow monitoring.

Experienced in preparing financial reports, recording journal entries, and maintaining accurate accounting records.

Good understanding of Indonesian tax regulations, including PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 25, PPh 29, and VAT (PPN).

Familiar with preparing and filing monthly and annual tax returns through the Coretax DJP system.

Experienced in handling tax invoices (e-Faktur), withholding tax certificates (e-Bupot), and supporting tax documents.

Able to perform tax and account reconciliations and ensure timely tax payments and reporting.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

Detail-oriented, analytical, honest, responsible, and well-organized.

Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Good communication skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Good command of English, both written and verbal, is preferred.

Mandarinwill be a plus, especially for communication with HK HQ.

Strong attention to detail, integrity, accountability, and confidentiality.
