- Input and review daily journal entries in Accurate, including revenue by channel, COGS, and operating expenses.
- Prepare monthly Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and Cash Flow statements by channel.
- Provide supporting reports for the Financial Statements.
- Maintain the Chart of Accounts to ensure consistency for multi-channel reporting.
- Ensure timely completion of the monthly closing process.
- Ensure the accuracy and validity of financial reports.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Accounting/Finance, preferably in a company with multi-channel sales or in-house manufacturing.
- Familiar with monthly closing processes and preparation of financial statements, including Balance Sheet, P&L, and Cash Flow.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Proficient in Accurate and Odoo for GL recording and financial reporting.
- Detail-oriented and accuracy-driven.
- Able to work effectively under tight monthly closing deadlines
