Finance Staff (Cost Control)
To support our financial health and operational efficiency, we are seeking a qualified professional to oversee budget compliance and financial tracking at our Jakarta office.

Key Responsibilities and Duties As a Cost Control Specialist, you will play a critical role in safeguarding the company’s financial resources. Your daily responsibilities will include:
* ** Budget Monitoring:
** Tracking daily operational and project-specific expenses to ensure absolute alignment with approved financial frameworks.

* ** Vendor and Invoice Verification:
** Reviewing, processing, and validating vendor invoices, purchase orders (POs), and employee expense claims with high accuracy.

* ** Cross-Department

Collaboration:

** Partnering with procurement, project management, and operations teams to guarantee precise cost allocation and seamless tracking.

* ** Financial Reconciliation:
** Assisting the finance team with month-end closing procedures, cost accruals, and detailed account reconciliations.

* ** Policy Compliance:
** Ensuring all cost control processes strictly adhere to internal corporate policies and international financial standards.  Candidate Qualifications and Requirements We are looking for analytical thinkers with strong financial acumen.
