- Assist in preparing, organizing, and maintaining marketing-related documents, reports, and files.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, and following up on action items.
- Support the Marketing Team with day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
- Help manage calendars, appointments, and deadlines for the team.
- Provide support in compiling data and preparing simple presentations or reports as needed.
- Assist in communication and coordination with internal teams and external partners when required.
- Contribute to maintaining an organized and structured marketing database and documentation system.
- Currently pursuing a degree or fresh graduate in Marketing, Communication, or related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good verbal and written communication skills, both in Bahasa Indonesia and English
. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- A proactive, responsible, and collaborative attitude.
