GTS serves as a core service provider for Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB).

Responsibilities

In this role, the executive assistant is responsible for delivering day‑to‑day business and administrative support to the GTS team and providing executive assistance to the Head of GTS in their daily work. The role also focuses on working closely with different stakeholders and coordinating with colleagues across the world.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability in dealing with different stakeholders at all levels
  • Proven ability to work collectively in a team
  • High degree of multi‑tasking and time management capability
  • Proactive and able to work independently
  • Effective time management and planning skills
  • Demonstrate a high degree of credibility and integrity
  • Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality
  • PC skills:
    Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, as well as the core HSBC approval systems
  • Language:
    Fluent verbal and written English and Bahasa Indonesia required
  • Prior working experience as a personal assistant or department secretary
