Project Management Mandarin Speaker Intern

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Management Intern who is fluent in Mandarin to support project coordination, communication, and documentation. This role is ideal for candidates who want to gain hands‑on experience in project execution, especially in a fast‑paced, cross‑cultural business environment.

• Assist Project Managers in planning, executing, and monitoring project activities
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including Mandarin‑speaking clients
• Translate documents, emails, and meeting discussions (Mandarin English/Indonesian)
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and meeting minutes
• Track project progress and follow up on action items
• Support scheduling of meetings and project timelines
• Ensure all project data and documents are properly maintained and organized
• Assist in identifying project risks and reporting issues

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Business, Management, Engineering, IT, or related field
• Fluent in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing is a must)
• Good command of English and/or Indonesian
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and responsible
• Able to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Basic understanding of project management principles is a plus
