We are looking for a versatile and meticulous Administration & Operations Support specialist to bridge the gap between our physical locations and backend administration. This role is perfect for a multi-talented professional who thrives on variety—someone who can deliver professional, high-quality client communication on the front lines, while maintaining flawless data accuracy and documentation behind the scenes.

Whether managing client-facing interactions or organizing critical business data in the back office, your sharp eye for detail will keep our daily operations running seamlessly.

Job Description (Responsibilities)
  • Process, update, and maintain critical administrative data, spreadsheets, and records with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Act as a professional point of contact, ensuring clear, polite, and effective communication with clients, visitors, or internal teams.
  • Assist with on-site administrative workflows, client registrations, and inquiries at our physical sites, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment.
  • Ensure all paperwork, digital files, and operational checklists are meticulously completed and organized according to company standards.
  • Handle day-to-day administrative challenges, coordinate logistics, and support adjacent teams (such as back-office operations) to ensure smooth workflows.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field (Business, Communication, IT, Administration, or related disciplines are welcome). Open to both experienced professionals and motivated fresh graduates.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (e.g., managing formulas, sorting data, and generating clean reports). You must be comfortable working with numbers and tech-based platforms.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian (English is a plus), with an approachable and service-oriented personality.
  • Highly thorough, detail-oriented, and organized. You are someone who spots errors quickly and takes pride in flawless data entry.
  • Willing to be assigned flexibly across our back-office functions or within our clinic network based on operational nAble to work well under minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
