Job Description
- Welcome visitors, clients, candidates and vendors in a professional, courteous manner
- Manage all incoming, outgoing and and distribute mail/packages and deliveries
- Monitor the front desk area to ensure guests are checked in and assisted promptly
- Respond to basic inquiries in person, by chat, phone, email, and route more complex questions to the right team member
- Maintain a tidy, organized reception area and ensure sign-in materials are stocked
- Assist with data entry, filing, document preparation, or other administrative tasks as assigned
- Produce related data reports as directed by the supervisor
- Follow company policies around visitor regulations, security, and confidentiality
- Diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality, tourism, or a related field is a plus
- Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer-service role is preferred or any other administrative jobs
- Intermediate English verbal and written communication skills
- Basic office software (email, calendars, word processing, spreadsheets) and familiar with google sheets
