Job Description General Office Support
- Handle visitor reception and basic phone inquiries
- Monitor and restock office supplies
- Manage mail, parcels, and courier arrangements
- Prepare basic documents and letters
- Support coordination of company, employee, and customer events
- Assist with client-related arrangements (e.g. flowers/wreath delivery)
- Edit internal announcements and presentation materials
- Help prepare sales quotations, proposals, and documents
- Support order processing and follow up on deliveries and invoices
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth order execution
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Management, Communication or related field.
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Basic understanding of sales operations or business administration
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Desire to learn and a strong drive to do well at work
