Job opportunity for Sales Admin Intern at Ubiklan
Location:
KOTA ADM. JAKARTA BARAT, DKI JAKARTA, Indonesia.
As a Sales Admin Intern, you will support the Sales Admin team in handling administrative processes, preparing client documentation, monitoring campaign progress, and coordinating with internal teams. This role provides hands‑on experience in advertising operations, sales administration, project coordination, and data management. You will work closely with various departments while ensuring all sales activities and project documentation are managed accurately and efficiently.
Job Description- Support the Sales team in daily administrative and operational activities.
- Assist in preparing and managing sales-related documents such as quotations, contracts, BAST, BAPP, PO, NDA, LOI, and other client documentation.
- Maintain and update sales records, project documentation, and client databases.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and supporting documents for clients and internal purposes.
- Monitor campaign progress and provide administrative support for project tracking.
- Assist in preparing Post Campaign Reports (PCR) and campaign documentation.
- Coordinate with Operations, Finance, and other departments to support project execution.
- Assist in monitoring PO, invoicing status, and payment progress.
- Support document preparation for client registration, onboarding, and tender processes.
- Ensure all documents are properly organized, updated, and archived.
- Utilize internal systems, dashboards, and reporting tools to update data and generate reports.
- Fresh graduate from any major.
- Available for a minimum internship period of 3–6 months.
- Domiciled in West Jakarta is preferred.
- Available to join as soon as possible.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data processing, and reporting).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Comfortable working with multiple systems, dashboards, and digital tools.
- Quick learner with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Well-organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Interest in advertising, media, marketing, or project-based industries is a plus.
