Job opportunity for GA Admin Staff ke Maju Makmur in KOTA ADM. JAKARTA BARAT, DKI JAKARTA, Indonesia.
Responsibilities- Managing office and operational needs such as facility maintenance, assets, operational vehicles, and work equipment.
- Ensuring availability of office stationery (ATK), inventory, and other requirements.
- Coordinating operations management for each company branch (cleaning, maintenance, and rent).
- Handling administrative tasks related to vendors, contracts, insurance, and company facility payments.
- Ensuring compliance with office safety and security policies.
- Controlling and handling all necessary permits.
- Minimum education of SMA, D3/S1 any major (preferred Administrative, Management, or Engineering).
- At least 2 years of experience in General Affair or Office Management.
- Understanding of asset, facility, and vendor management.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, able to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and coordination skills with all company divisions.
