Overview

Full‑time on‑site Executive Personal Assistant to the Founder & Chief Executive Officer of the Gentem Group.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain the CEO's schedule, coordinating meetings and arranging travel.
  • Ensure that key decisions and action items are tracked and completed.
  • Handle sensitive correspondence and prepare professional materials.
  • Coordinate logistics, including transportation and daily operations.
  • Manage expense tracking, reimbursements, and related administrative processes.
