Manage and coordinate administrative activities for the Event to ensure smooth project execution.
Liaise with project owners, procurement teams, and external vendors regarding project documentation, coordination, and administrative requirements.
Support the core project team in event preparation, coordination, and on‑site execution activities.
Monitor project timelines and assist in ensuring all administrative processes are completed accurately and on schedule.
Maintain project records, reports, and relevant documentation.
Requirements- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in event management, event operations, or project administration.
- Good understanding of event planning, preparation, and execution processes.
- Familiar with event-related administrative tasks, including vendor coordination and documentation management.
- Hands‑on experience in supporting event execution and on‑site operations.
- Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
- Able to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
