- Visitor Management:
Welcoming visitors warmly, notifying the appropriate staff, and managing security sign-ins. - Communication:
Answering, screening, and forwarding calls promptly while maintaining a polite and professional tone. - Correspondence & Mail:
Sorting, organizing, and distributing incoming mail, packages, and emails to the correct departments. - Scheduling:
Booking meeting rooms, managing appointments, and maintaining organizational calendars. - General Admin:
Assisting with data entry, filing, managing office supplies, and keeping the front desk area clean and presentable.
