Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and reliable Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant to support the CEO in day-to-day operations, strategic initiatives, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and possesses excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the CEO’s daily schedule, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate and prepare meeting agendas, minutes, presentations, and follow-up action items.
  • Handle confidential documents and information with a high level of discretion.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Assist with project tracking, research, and the preparation of reports as required.
  • Organize and maintain executive files, records, and documents.
  • Support the CEO in personal tasks and ad-hoc administrative needs.
  • Ensure smooth communication flow and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.
  • Anticipate operational needs and proactively propose solutions.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar administrative role.
  • Fluent in English C1 level; TOEFL/IELTS or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Proficient in office and productivity tools (Google Workspace / Microsoft Office).
  • Ability to work independently and handle tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced corporate or creative environment.
  • Strong problem-solving, coordination, and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to work onsite from office 12.00 - 21.00 WIB
