Responsibilities
- Schedule interviews between candidates and users.
- Prepare and administer offer letters.
- Collect and verify new hire joining documents.
- Support recruitment processes through administrative coordination.
- Ensure all recruitment documentation is complete and properly filed.
- Format and standardize candidate CVs.
- Strong attention to detail and good administrative skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work full-time from the office (WFO).
- No ongoing classes or academic commitments that may affect full-time working hours.
- Previous internship experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or HR Administration is a plus.
- Available to join as soon as possible.
