ECommerce Admin Intern

Responsibilities

• Support administrative processes related to Purchase Orders (PO) and operational documentation
• Prepare and update internal e-commerce reports such as Weekly Lost Sales, Service Level, and Days Inventory Marketplace reports
• Maintain and update SKU master data across marketplaces and internal systems
• Assist in monitoring stock availability and inventory performance
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency for e-commerce operational reporting
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding data updates and operational requirements
• Support daily e-commerce operational and administrative tasks
• Assist in compiling and organizing sales and inventory performance data
• Support ad-hoc administrative tasks related to e-commerce operations

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in any field
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
• Required Skill(s):
  Ms. Office, especially Excel is a must (Pivot, Vlookup, Hlookup)
• Strong interest in e-commerce and digital marketplace industry
• Basic understanding of marketplace campaigns and promotions
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Good time management and ability to work under deadlines
• Preferably individuals who are familiar with Excel & Sales Data
• Available for 6-months (or more) internship program
• Willing to work in Kembangan, West Jakarta
