Min. 1 year experience in related field
Experience in sales administration, project documentation, or customer service.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Able to coordinate with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Customers.
Able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Experience in tender administration and document control is a plus.
JOB DESCRIPTION S:Prepare quotations and sales-related documents.
Monitor project progress and update project records.
Coordinate with Operations for project execution.
Collect and verify supporting documents for invoicing.
Follow up invoice status with the Finance team.
Maintain customer and project documentation.
Provide administrative support for Sales & Marketing activities.
Prepare reports and assist in Sales Department coordination.
Ensure smooth and efficient sales operations.
