Key Responsibilities Executive & Administrative Support- Manage email inboxes and prioritise communications
- Coordinate calendars, appointments and scheduling
- Handle administrative phone calls and correspondence
- Prepare documentation
- Conduct follow‑ups
- Provide bookkeeping and Xero administration support where required
- Maintain and clean mailing lists
- Build and segment databases
- Apply CRM updates
- Schedule newsletters and email campaigns
- Coordinate approved business communications
- Schedule and publish approved content across Linked In, Facebook, Instagram, You Tube, You Tube Community and Google Business Profile
- Manage content calendars and publishing schedules
- Update Word Press websites
- Upload blogs
- Manage internal links
- Update metadata and SEO‑related content
- Support content publishing
- Create graphics, thumbnails and templates using Canva
- Maintain digital asset libraries
- Support marketing workflows
- Organise video assets
- Create clips
- Add captions and subtitles
- Upload and publish videos
- Maintain content libraries
- Maintain strict confidentiality, follow security procedures, protect business information and handle data in accordance with company requirements
- Female/Male
- Maximum age: 30 years
- Minimum education:
Diploma 3 - Minimum 2 years of experience in the related field
- Must be fluent in English
- Minimum two years of administrative or executive assistant experience
- Excellent English communication skills
- Microsoft 365 proficiency
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to work independently
- Experience with Word Press, Xero, Canva, social media tools and video editing is advantageous
- Organised, proactive, professional, reliable, accountable, detail‑oriented and customer‑focused
Full‑time onsite role based in Central Park, Jakarta. Work directly with Australian businesses and receive ongoing training and career development opportunities.
