Admin Support Project HVAC
We are looking for someone who can support our sales & project activities:
- Sales administration & documentation
- Preparing quotation and sales reports
- Customer data management
- Coordination with Sales & Engineering team
- Support project administration process
- Women, Max 40 y.o
- HVAC background (Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineering), Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.
- Experience in HVAC projects/Sales Admin / Sales Support is a plus
- Familiar with AutoCAD/Selection Software HVAC Unit/Engineering tools is a plus
- Strong technical analysis & problem-solving skills
- Strong administrative skills
- Good communication & attention to detail
