General Affairs Intern

Assist the General Affairs team to manage the procurement and distribution processes of stationery and essential work tools.

Contribute to oversight and maintenance the company's assets by ensuring optimal utilization and tracking.

Help managing the archive of purchase files.

Assist in preparing comprehensive monthly reports on material expenses.

Serve and handle the front office section, include communication with vendors.

Job Requirements:

Final Year Student or freshgraduate from Business Administration, Business Management, Civil Administration, or other related fields.

Has strong communication and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (especially Excel) and Canva.

Detail oriented with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.

Ready for a HYBRID working arrangement in Jakarta Office
