Kitchen Administration

We are looking for a Kitchen Administration to support our kitchen team and ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations.

• Handle kitchen administrative work and documentation
• Assist with food costing and recipe documentation
• Maintain standard recipes, inventory and stock records
• Prepare daily and monthly reports
• Coordinate with Kitchen, Purchasing, Finance, and other departments
• Maintain organized filing and accurate kitchen records

• Minimum 3 years experience in kitchen administration, F&B, hospitality, or a similar role
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Powerpoint and basic administrative systems
• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with numbers
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with kitchen operations and inventory control is an advantage
